Revisiting your New Years Resolutions

By now, many of you have fallen off the New Years resolution wagon and are struggling to get back on track. For those who want to get back to it, here are a few things to remember.

  • Have a plan in place that is not only beneficial to your journey but not too restrictive. Something you can easily follow.
  • Try to incorporate weekly meal planning and prep into your routine.
  • Schedule your workouts. Make this a part of your weekly routine.
  • Visualize your “Why?” Like creating a vision board that encourage you to meat goals, and list your pros and cons of your weight loss journey.
  • Create a support group that motivates you in your journey.
