After months or years of inactivity or low activity, beginning healthy movement is made much easier with a little guidance. At A Weigh to Lose, we take into account your mobility level, current activity level, and overall physical condition before designing your workout plan.
Each workout plan is delivered via an app, and each individual exercise includes a clear video to help you perform the movements correctly. As necessary, we can adapt your workout plan to accommodate your improved fitness.
We encourage each member to commit to a minimum of thirty minutes of exercise three times per week.
